We are so excited about entering into this adoption! Our experience over the past years with infertility has been a journey that has changed us and taught us many things. We find ourselves in a place of joy and peace as we begin this journey. We are so grateful for you and your courage in giving the gift of life. With certainty, we believe that our paths were meant to cross long before either of us knew it and are in awe of you and your strength in making this choice. Thank you for considering blessing us with the responsibility of raising and loving this child. We will cherish this role and strive to wisely guide them through this life.

We love spending time with one another and whether we are going on long walks with our sweet golden retriever, Abbie, checking out the latest movies in the theater; traveling to fun new places or just sitting on the couch laughing together, as a couple, we truly complement one another!
About Aaron (by Jamie)….Aaron has a passion for life that is evident when you first meet him! He is a wonderful man who has a great love for people and appreciates them for their differences. He is the most positive person I have ever met. Also, he is a wonderful husband-a strong provider for our family, emotionally mature and engaging, supportive in our home life, and loyal. He is my encourager, best friend and better half! He is a steadfast man and my heart is safe in that I know I will always be able to rely upon and trust him. Aaron is a child at heart- having fun comes easy to him! He loves outdoor activities-playing sports, running, playing video games, and college football! While Aaron is certainly accomplished and respected in his profession, home is where his heart and first priority lies. There is no doubt in my mind that he will be an exceptional father! He has a love that any child would thrive under.
About Jamie (by Aaron)… If I am going to paint you a picture of this wonderful wife, daughter and friend it needs to start with her love for the Lord. Jamie holds her faith and relationship with our God above all else. Jamie is the most loving and caring person I have ever met. Couple those virtues with a joyous personality and loving family and you will begin to see why I love her so much.
To Jamie, family is a top priority and she loves every second she spends with them. I know that I am a bias individual but she is excellent at her job and while most people with her talent would try to balance motherhood/wife/career woman, Jamie, true to form, stays completely grounded in knowing that her calling and passion is to be a mother to our future child and wife to me.
Jamie has a love for animals; she enjoys horseback riding and chilling with her “sidekick”, Abbie, our golden retriever. She has a horse named Hope that lives at our families’ farm. Jamie is a true homebody at heart. While she loves to travel and see and experience new things, there is not much that she loves more than curling up on the couch with me and our dog Abbie to watch a movie. She is organized, yet free spirited. She has never-ending energy, yet loves lazy afternoons. I know that in every letter you read the respective spouses all say how wonderful their partners are and because of that I don’t want what I say about Jamie to be trivialized but she truly is the best person I have ever met. She is so fun to be around and makes me a better person every day, I love her more than anything in this world and know that she will make a wonderful mother.
About our Family….Our family and the love we have for them is one of the common factors that drew us together. They have instilled within us the priceless gift of unconditional love and desire for closeness with one another. They have always been there for us through “the good, the bad and the ugly.” We have always felt a love from our parents and siblings, that we know is unwavering, they are our biggest fans, and at times our biggest critics (which we need!).
Both of our families are excited about the child that is being brought into our lives through our adoption journey. We look forward to ushering a child into a home of love surrounded by a family that loves them abundantly and unconditionally for who they are!
We have a desire to have a large family and believe the more children the merrier! We also want to teach our children about the Lord and will strive to live out an example of what we teach. We want to provide an environment for our child that is full of fun and gives them a lot of creative learning experiences. We want our children to learn the value of family and what it means to “stick by one another.” We believe that education is important and would like to offer our children the opportunity to pursue whatever their gifting may be. But most importantly we want our children to know who they are!
Our home, neighborhood and community….We were blessed with a beautiful two-story home in a Southern suburb that we built over a year ago. We have a large room we are hoping to convert to a playroom. Our home is just waiting to be filled with the pitter-patter of little feet and sweet giggles of children. We love having people over! It is one of our goals to make our home a place where people can stop by anytime, have fun and feel welcomed and cared for! Aaron is a great cook and loves hosting and experimenting with new recipes. Jamie loves to decorate, entertain to make good memories, and create fun living spaces. Our home is a safe haven for us which we enjoy opening up to friends and family!
We feel that our neighborhood is a child’s dream-it has so much to explore. With its sand beaches by the lake, walking/bike trails, horse barns, pools, playground, and acres upon acres of unexplored woods it is a fun place to live! In addition our community is family oriented with great public schools just around the corner.
We are positive that adoption is the path that we are to grow our family through, and we are waiting with open arms to embrace you and the gift of your child. We will give this child an abundance of unconditional love, warm hugs, kisses, life opportunities and a stable home! We have much love to offer a child and look forward to sharing with your baby “Their Story” and telling them that the love that you had for them is what made our family possible. There is a specific plan for our lives and that plan has led us here, to you. We don’t believe in coincidences! As we all continue down this journey know that our birthmother, whomever you may be, is being prayed for daily!!
